Today we are joined by the wonderful Galina Achkasova-Portianoi. I first met Galina many years ago back when I had the clinic above Andrew Martin on Walton Street.
We have loosely stayed in touch over the years and I have always appreciated her humble authenticity. Today I discovered part of why I experience her in that way, as we deep dive into the medicine card LOVE.

What have recent challenges taught you about love?
Galina is a freelance journalist and founder of The Curiosity Gap blog. Her focus has always been on quality content and spotlighting people and things that have the potential to make our lives just a little bit better.
For well over a decade Galina has been supporting and working with niche beauty and wellness brands, because that’s where the pioneering and creative forces were aligned to create truly innovative products. She is also a passionate advocate of holistic modalities, reading a vast array of literature from all corners of the world and travelling to places off the beaten track.
Galina is a mother of two, who thinks that the best thing we can do is to build an open dialogue between generations and learn from our children in as much as they can learn from us.
