Allowing someone to offer you aid is an act of generosity towards them; it is reciprocal energy. Receiving is as important as giving.
Bring conscious awareness to all the people and services on which you rely just to exist. For instance, when you are eating a meal, bring your awareness to all the people who were involved in bringing that food the the table.
In 2015 Sophie was signed off work due to insomnia and anxiety. She suffered from numerous health problems - physically and mentally - and trained as a yoga teacher to heal herself through meditation and movement. However she soon burnt out again, and realised she needed to do the deeper work!
After a sudden divorce she moved to Bali and looked at codependency, boundaries, people pleasing, relationships with partners, family, friends… and started to understand why she had been suffering for so long. Through various mentors, courses and self-study she raised her self-worth and has stepped into her full potential. She is now fulfilled on a much deeper level than she has ever been and life just feels so much easier.
