After a little break, we are back and joined by the wonderful Kate Halfpenny - designer, founder and dear friend. Kate and I met back in 2012 just after her wedding. Like many newlyweds, her and her husband set their hearts on a baby to complete their family. At the same time, Kate was building her wedding dress brand and juggling a hundred balls (how women do what they do never ceases to amaze me).
I love Kate, her family, what she has created and where I fit into the story. There are some people whose lives you just become intwined with somehow - as much as I have strong practitioner/patient boundaries; there are some people to whom you implicitly feel you belong to and them to you.

Guilt is a form of self attack. Think about what you feel guilty about and locate where you feel it in the body.
Are there any beliefs about yourself associated with the sensation?
Bring compassion to yourself in these memories and form a healthy belief about yourself.
Bridal wear designer and founder of Halfpenny London, Kate has been described as ‘effortlessly bridging the gap between fashion and bridal’. With a background in design and a flair for customising, it is no surprise that she is hugely recognised in the industry and has styled some of the world’s most stylish women. She has earned herself the reputation as the go-to bridal designer with a twist and her covetable collections from the Halfpenny London atelier are located at Woburn Walk in Bloomsbury.
